ORLANDO — A former employee for Hertz rental car recently filed a federal collective action overtime pay lawsuit against the Estero, Florida-based company alleging that the defendant defrauded the plaintiff and others.
ORLANDO — The class action unpaid overtime lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) just got bigger after several more plaintiffs joined the claim, alleging that the defendant failed to pay overtime wages.

ORLANDO — Major security services provider Universal Protection Services was named in a compensation class action lawsuit brought against them by security guards under their employment. More specifically, the lawsuit alleges that Universal’s actions regarding employee compensation was in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
ORLANDO — Multiple arbitration cases were filed against Darden Restaurants in 2015 on behalf of hourly service employees. The arbitration suits allege that Darden refused to consider off-the-clock and non-tipped work when determining payment.
